My Uncle Danny very graciously and unintentionally reminded me that I owe the blog a new entry very soon related to my most recent ride. I arrived home this past Saturday after 4700-plus miles and 14 states over an 8 day ride. I saw my usual sights as well as the usual unusual sights that I really need to tell you about.
Now, you might ask yourself, "Well, what the hell Riddle? Get it together and get'r done." I promise, I'll get it done this weekend and let you know when to take a look. But, you have to first understand that my Uncle Danny's name is Daniel Boone and when Daniel Boone says "Get'r Done" well that takes on a different connotation than when the average person says "Get'r Done". So, I'll work on getting all the pictures and editorial done this weekend.
It was a great trip and I can't wait to share it with you. Here are some highlights...Atomic Gun, Buffalo Bill Cultural Center (and one of the most awesome sculptures I have ever seen), petrified wood buildings, Boot Hill, Bonnie and Clyde, civil war battlefields, Duck Dynasty, more civil war sites, etc.
It really was a great trip and I'll pull it together this weekend to share it with you.
